Those who desire to work in Croatia need a work permit as well as a residency permit. Valid for 1 year these can be further renewed. Applicants can get permanent residency after settling for 5 years in Croatia and can apply for citizenship subject to conditions after 6 years.

Only those who have a work experience of 1-2 years can apply for work permit in Croatia. Applicant should also have a passport which is at least valid for 2-3 years.
